What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Sales Manager position at Ciccio Restaurant Group?
Our CATERING SALES MANAGERS are charismatic people that have community connections , enjoy networking, and aren't afraid to hit the streets. They are professional individuals that are sales oriented, guest driven, and have talent for building relationships . They are here to elevate the guest's experience and provide exceptional hospitality , in and out of the restaurant. They work directly with our Regional Partners, Store Leadership and Catering Fulfillment Managers to execute catering operations daily.
THE BASICS
- Handles all incoming catering calls and inputs all orders
- Responsible for overseeing accurate completion of catering orders
- Orchestrate and attend off-site, catering-specific promotional events
- Provide timely and clear communication of orders to store leadership
- Ensure all orders are delivered correctly and timely
- Follow up with clients on feedback and business opportunities
- Utilize and develop proficiency with our catering systems and leads
- Review existing execution of procedures and fine tune accordingly
- Develop and streamline store level catering systems
- Responsible for hiring and developing Catering Fulfillment Managers
- Responsible for maintaining and nourishing our 3rd Party Driver Program Partnership
Client Relations | Engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event details.
Customized Proposals | Creating tailored catering proposals based on client requirements, which may include menu options, pricing, and additional services. Ensuring proposals are detailed, accurate, and reflect the client's needs.
Guest Service | Maintaining clear and ongoing communication with clients throughout the planning process to address any questions or concerns. This includes providing updates, confirming details, and making adjustments as needed. Providing exceptional service by ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded. Handling any issues or complaints professionally and promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Lead Generation | Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and outreach efforts. Developing and implementing strategies to increase catering sales, including promotional activities, special offers, and partnerships.
