Shift Leader
You will help direct the operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
You'll focus on :
- Setting example of excellence customer service
- Provide leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Maintain restaurant clean by following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
- Ensure food safety practices are followed
- Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings
- Work Opening, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
