Job Description
Cien Aguas International School seeks a full-time, highly qualified Elementary School Teacher for a 90/10 Dual Language school. Candidates must be bilingual and bi-literate in both English and Spanish. The position is available for the 2025-2026 school year.
License Requirements: Current NMPED Elementary Teaching license with endorsements in Bilingual and TESOL required. Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish.
GLAD, TESOL, EL training preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Implement the grade level’s and school’s curriculum.
- *Designing, developing, and delivering quality lesson plans and curricula that adhere to national and school guidelines.
- *Drawing up suitable assessments and delivering helpful feedback to students, parents, and other teachers.
- *Establishing classroom, and field trip rules and regulations and ensuring that all students understand what is expected of them.
- *Setting up demonstrations, guest speakers, and experiences, and assisting and supervising students while they conduct research and experiments.
- *Providing extra resources, differentiation, support, and interventions for students who are struggling.
- *Ensuring all permission slips are signed in a timely manner and acting as a field trip chaperone when required.
- *Grading papers, updating records, and handling various administrative tasks.
- *Creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns.
- *Assisting with the recruitment and training of all new teachers and providing support to student teachers.
- *Participating in other school activities and regularly communicating with parents.
- Maintain/update the grade level’s units.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $58,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
