Responsibilities and Requirements:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing human resources support to facility staff, monitoring applicant flow, updating applicant tracking systems, assisting with employee onboarding and benefits enrollment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders. To qualify, you'll need an associate's degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 5 years of experience in HR, or a bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferably, you have experience working in a healthcare setting, particularly in long-term care.
