Value Based Program Lead Analyst
The VBP Lead Analyst will support the CareAllies’ Value Based Programs (VBP) team. In addition to supporting key regulatory and operational needs of our Accountable Care (ACO) and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) clients, the VBP Lead Analyst will support the ACO Administrators: helping them to leverage the CareAllies’ toolkit for success, executing data and reports, and disseminating regulatory and industry updates. The Lead Analyst will also support market research and business development inquiries.
- Support preparation of monthly ACO Board meeting agendas and materials.
- Support preparation of quarterly all provider meeting materials.
- Support review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and quality reports with ACO Administrators.
- Support review of regulatory and program updates with ACO Administrators.
- Gain proficiency in Arcadia Analytics: be able to navigate system, run key reports, and coach users on functionality applicable to MSSP.
- Interface with MSSP clinical teams to ensure seamless ACO operations and synchronization of strategic initiatives.
- Interface with CareAllies shared services teams such as legal, reporting & analytics, enablement, marketing, and business development.
- Support strategic partnership with ACOs.
Experience/ Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Health Policy or Administration, or related field preferred
- Foundational understanding of health care informatics (i.e. PMPMs, Utilization rates, risk adjustment, evidence based or quality metrics)
- Foundational understanding of federal rulemaking preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple ACO clients
- Ability to efficiently conduct meetings and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to identify action items and execute appropriate and timely follow-up
- Ability to understand standard reports
- Ability to navigate Arcadia Analytic system
- Ability to interpret regulatory guidance preferred
- Office 2010: Advanced skill working in full suite of MS Office 2010 products
- Excel 2010: Advanced skill working in Excel 2010 including ability to run formulas and pivot tables
