QA Test Manager

Location: Stamford CT (Day One Onsite)

Required Skills:

• 10 years of in-depth experience in Banking domain either inbuilding a banking product or implementing banking application or providing banking domain-based IT services to Banks and Financial Institutions
• Must have QA experience in managing COE with large teams 30-40
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers from offshore, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to align QA activities and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide QA insights.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on QA progress, issues, and risks.
• Ensure QA processes are followed and continuously improved.
• Implement and enforce quality standards and practices across the team.
• Apply thorough understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements to ensure that Actimize implementations meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with banking domain experts to align QA efforts with business needs.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports, documentation, and QA metrics to track and communicate the quality status of projects.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on QA activities and project status.
