POSITION PURPOSE:
The Resident Services Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team across multiple states within our multi-family portfolio and handle resident complaints with professionalism and empathy. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
\n- Provide administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Handle resident complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and complaints.
- Assist with lease administration, including preparing lease documents and processing renewals.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with residents to ensure issues are resolved.
- Serve as back-up to the leasing team with tours, application processing, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Prepare and distribute resident communications, such as newsletters and notices.
- Assist with organizing resident events and community activities.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of multi-family real estate operations is a plus.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. The role is considered non-exempt so will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. At CIM, this role has the potential to receive a discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The anticipated base pay range for the position in Los Angeles, CA is $24.04- $28.85 per hour.
