Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships within our Mutli-Family/Commercial sector. Candidate will reach out to all local architects, HOA's, property managements, building consultants, and general contractors to sell our services and create long lasting professional relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and general construction, with a keen ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Candidate will cover all from King county through Whatcom County.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication to help grow clientele base.
- Conduct inside sales activities to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that enhance market penetration and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and sales sessions.
- Position will include cold calling, door knocking, and self lead generating.
- Work with estimators to close deals.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Must be able to be precise with follow ups.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Dependable self starter.
- Possess exceptional leadership skills.
- Goal and result driven.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not required.
- Must have previous trade knowledge.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
