POSITION SUMMARY :
The Field Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of signage installation, from initial planning to final completion. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of signage installation processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project management and field service teams to ensure signage is installed in accordance with documented intent, resolving escalations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing subcontractors, and overseeing site surveys and installations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Project Management and Collaboration :
- Collaborate with Project Management and Field Service team demands, resolving escalations and providing best solutions for the client.
- Proactively identifies, addresses and communicates issues that could put the project at risk. Resolves installation escalations and communicates with Project Management Team.
- Communicates via reports and meeting cadences with internal stakeholders on overall project field construction milestones, capacity and resource forecasting- Internal stakeholders include but not limited to the following departments : Account Management / Sales, Design, Finance, Pre-Production and Manufacturing.
- Conduct all necessary meetings to ensure all relevant internal and external partners are clearly informed of their deadlines and responsibilities
- Maintain highly organized project portfolio within M1, the Cima server and other program specific platforms required by the company and / or our clients

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
While performing the essential functions of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to lift, load, and unload all supplies and signs up to 150 pounds physically and up to 1,000 pounds with cranes or ladder trucks. Also they need to be able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles; utilize feet and legs or hands and arms; maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, or navigating narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces; bend body downward and forward by bending spine and legs; move about on hands and knees or hands and feet; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects; and to reach with hands and arms. While performing the essential functions of this position the employee is frequently exposed to fumes, odors, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic substances, excessive noise, vehicular traffic, and dampness / humidity.
Incumbent must not be afraid of heights, and willing to work in all-weather types. Will need to be able to travel by automobile and plane. They will need to be able to sit for long periods of time in car, truck and airplane seats.
