Fast paced metals manufacturer is seeking a Quality Control Inspector
Candidates will be responsible for verifying materials to ensure that they conform to specifications. The main functions are verifying unfinished, semi-finished and finished products, gage calibration, equipment verification, nuclear documentation, NCR documentation. This position also requires the proper use of all Cimini & Associates inspection equipment / gages.
· Computer skills necessary: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Calibation Software.
· Special Skills: Able to read blueprints, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing. Some knowledge of manufacturing processes and SPC. CMM experience is a plus.
The following requirements are a plus but not required,
- Internal auditing experience
- CQI – Certified quality inspector
- Gage calibration experience
- Nuclear manufacturing industry experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
