Position Overview:
The Suite Sales & Services intern for the Cincinnati Bengals is a multi-faceted position that includes not only service and support for the suite sales team throughout the summer and during the NFL season, but also involves assisting the club’s most valuable clients to ensure their happiness in their experiences with the Cincinnati Bengals. In addition to their daily responsibilities, the suite sales & services intern is expected to be in attendance at each stadium wide event in which suites are sold, all Bengals home games as well as other various events hosted by the Bengals throughout the duration of the internship.
Responsibilities:
- Suite Sales & Service
- Research assistance, including but not limited to researching prospective clients
- Assist in sales preparations including, but not limited to editing components of proposals and sales decks using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and/or PowerPoint.
- Ability to create graphs/charts to help depict research or metrics a plus.
- Aiding staff with follow-up to all phone, mail, email and referral inquiries.
- Hospitality/Events
- Day to day collaboration with staff to plan and execute partner events (including, but not limited to: Suite Partner Season Kick-off, Chalk Talks, etc.)
- Assist in the procurement of partner gifts
- Suite partner/prospect mailings as needed
- Appear as Who Dey (mascot) from time to time as requested
- Game/Event Day
- Game/Event week preparation which includes, but not limited to:
- Assisting with organization of hospitality assets
- Preparing promotional materials
- Preparing suites for game day (facilities checks, gifting drops, etc.)
- Expected to be available for all stadium-wide events when suites are open including concerts, preseason and regular season NFL home games, etc.

Qualifications & Skills Desired:
- Well organized and overtly detail-oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Independent and self-motivated with an ability to effectively multi-task, establish priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability and willingness to complete moderate physical labor and stand for long periods of time
- Experience using Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience with Archtics Ticketing System a plus, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus, but not required
This is an 8-month internship commitment, starting around July 15 through the end of the Bengals season.
Intern will be expected to work ~15-25 hours per week, including all home games and stadium-wide events, and will be asked to accommodate a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
