Job Description:
We are currently seeking Assembly Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform skilled assembly of mechanical components required to produce customer-specified enclosed drives and perform subsequent repair and rebuild service functions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will perform skilled assembly of mechanical components required to produce customer-specified enclosed drives and perform subsequent repair and rebuild service functions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diversified light and heavy assembly of mechanical parts and components for a wide variety of both small and large enclosed drive units.
- Participate in field service calls to customer locations to tear down and analyze complex enclose drive units.
- Work from complex drawings and blueprints, sketches; hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical diagrams; parts lists, operations sheets, specifications and instructions to plan work operations, including sequence of work.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Keep required time and maintain productions records.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School degree desired, or equivalent experience
- Prefer 3-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications required
- Use and interpret precision measuring instruments
- Good math, language, reading skills
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Visual Acuity
- Physical stamina and strength
- Some lifting of various weights, both assisted and unassisted
- Drive and Operate Forklift; may be required
- Good eye/hand coordination and good motor skills
- Shop environment
- Responsible for the safety and clean-up of own area
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US
