Job Title: 1st Grade Instructional Aide - Armleder Campus
Employment Status: Hourly Part Time Non-Exempt
Reports to: Principal, Armleder Campus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Start Date: August 11, 2025
Job Summary: Act in support of the classroom teacher in preparing materials, working with students, and classroom management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop students' interests, abilities, gifts, and skills in the classroom and afterschool programming
- Work collaboratively with staff and leadership, maintaining a positive attitude, supportive of the CHCA mission
Qualifications:
- An experienced, creative, innovative, and compassionate leader who is committed to working with 1st grade students and staff
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Experience working with children, required
- Must be a believing Christian who is comfortable in a denominationally diverse Christian community
- Will need to obtain a current ODE Educational Aide Permit.
