Associate Director of Admissions Reporting To: Executive Director for Advancement Full-Time Exempt Job Summary: This 12-month, full-time position reports to the Executive Director for Advancement and is a key member of the team responsible for recruitment of students to meet Admissions" annual enrollment goals. Additionally, this role contributes to retention efforts, with possible involvement in alumni engagement. Job Responsibilities: * Serve as the school's primary representative to prospective families, from a family's first contact through to their acceptance and enrollment. * Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the admissions process for families, including, but not limited to: tours, shadow days, interviews, testing, financial aid consideration, etc. * Maintain a pulse on the external market and the unique positioning of CHCA, and partner with marketing to develop and implement targeted recruitment plans to deliver inquiry growth and meet enrollment goals. * Partner across all school departments to develop and execute, when necessary, compelling experiences for prospective students and families, including, but not limited to tours and Open House events. * Oversee CHCA's merit scholarship program. * Serve as member of the Tuition Assistance Committee. * Use database and software tools to drive prospective family engagement and manage workflows. Job Qualifications: * Experienced relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills. * BS/BA Bachelor degree, preferred * Previous experience in secondary school or collegiate Admissions, a plus. * Proficient with Microsoft Suite programs * Collaborative, team player able and willing to contribute to the success of the mission of the school and team. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Comfortable working in a multi-denominational, Christian environment. Duties require strength to lift boxes up to 40 pounds and stamina to be on feet for 8 hours on event days. Weekend and evening hours as necessary to support events.
