Track and Field Assistant Coach - Pole Vault
Reports To: Athletics Director
Employment Status: Part-Time, Seasonal
Job Summary:
Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Track and Field Coach specializing in the sprints (100-400m) to join our Upper School team. As an Assistant Coach, you will play a key role in enhancing our Junior High and High School track and field programs, working closely with the Head Coach and Director of XC/Track and Field.
Your Impact:
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance student-athlete performance
- Foster strong relationships with athletes and coaching staff at all levels
- Collaborate with the Track and Field Coaching staff to create a cohesive training program
- Ensure compliance with OHSAA rules and regulations
- Embody our 'Win Twice' culture, promoting excellence both on and off the field
Ideal Candidate:
- Committed to the holistic development of student-athletes (physical, emotional, spiritual)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience coaching track and field at the high school, club, or collegiate level (desired)
- Background as a track and field athlete (desired)
- Energetic and enthusiastic with strong Christian leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a multi-denominational community
