Club Lounge Manager

Job Summary
The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, maintaining food safety and quality, and creating an inviting atmosphere for members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling, culinary arts, and restaurant management, with experience in fine dining and catering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the club, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
• Oversee food and beverage service, including menu planning and execution of catering events.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels for bar and kitchen supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing transactions, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Develop promotional strategies to enhance member engagement and increase club visibility.
• Address member inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
