Position Summary and Purpose : Our Field Service Representatives enjoy working hands-on with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that comprise our metal fabrication machines. Our field service positions are home based but require an individual who is accustomed to 100% travel. Representatives will provide customer and product service via preventative and corrective maintenance, installations, and upgrades, in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by Cincinnati Incorporated. We offer our Field Service Representatives a company vehicle, paid training, sign on bonus, and after the first year? eligibility for our field service incentive program!
Duties and Responsibilities :
ESSENTIAL :
- Prioritize, schedule and complete machine service for customers including but not limited to installation and warranty
- Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing
- Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life

Physical demands : This position is very active and requires frequent standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing of ladders. Must be able to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. frequently.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
