What are the responsibilities and job description for the PIC Coordinator position at CINCINNATI METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure all PIC data as it pertains to units (Asset Management) are changed and up to date.
- Perform analysis of PIC related reporting issues to ensure compliance with HUD 50058 reporting requirements.
- Responsible for transmission of 50058 for all housing programs.
- Research complex 50058 reporting errors to determine appropriate action to resolve and correct, including delivery of pertinent training to staff.
- Primary resource for problem solving for CMHA program PIC issues.
- Conduct PIC training for both Asset Management and Housing Choice Voucher staff.
- Act as a liaison between CMHA staff and HUD PIC coaches for troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Conduct file reviews to ensure the accuracy of data pertinent to program compliance.
- Provide office training to Asset Management staff.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
