CTS is hiring energetic and dependable Production Support Operators for our Blue Ash, Ohio location. Support Operators play an integral part in the thermal spray coating process, from beginning to end.
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing production functions that may include mask/deburr, grit blast/glass bead, cleanup/unmask, lube, paint, ship/receive, materials and tool crib, component balance, inspect, non-destructive testing (NDT), chemical strip, and/or part making all while being safe in the process!
- Following technical documents, drawings, blueprints, and/or plans to perform these functions.
- Performs other tasks as necessary.
More about you:
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successfully pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours (M-F 3pm-11:30pm generally)
- Dependable, detail-oriented and a drive to continuously grow and learn
Pluses:
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and/or aerospace environments
