ABOUT US

Cincy Print Haus is an automated screen printing shop in West Chester, OH (just north of Cincinnati). We specialize in retail-quality screen printed custom apparel & promotional products. We handle custom merchandise for many local restaurants, breweries, events, brands and artists on a regional and a national level. Some of the brands we print for can be found on the shelves at Zumiez. Since every client has a different need, we tackle every project with enthusiasm, creativeness and attention to detail which ensures that every order is completed on time with each clients’ best interest in mind. Consistency with client and employee relationships is key and working to learn more with our team every year and applying it to our business plan will write our success.

We have seen exponential growth in sales numbers since the company was founded in a basement in late 2011. We are now located in a 6,000 square foot warehouse and are Ryonet Certified Educators who teach Screen Print Experience classes every couple of months to new printing entrepreneurs who want to start their own screen printing businesses. We print contract work for many sales companies over Cincinnati and service in-house clients that our sales team generates.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Screen Printer Assistant Responsibilities // 25-40 hours per week negotiable)

• Read and complete work orders accurately.
• Identify and troubleshoot common screen printing problems.
• Clean equipment including removing ink from screens, squeegees, press & tools.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times as well as promoting safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain equipment as required and notify management of any maintenance or repairs required.
• Exposing or cleaning screens, counting or stacking garments, mixing or modifying inks as production requirements dictate.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30lbs at times
• Regularly stand for long periods of time while reaching with hands and arms
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to warm or cold weather. The noise level in the work environment is often loud.

Additional Opportunities

• Attending some weekend events/activations for businesses and festivals.
• Attending some weekend Classes to educate and inform young entrepreneurs on the ins and outs of screen printing.
• Commission based sales

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 2 years printing on a manual press
• Automatic Press Operations Preferred
• Capable of remaining calm and composed under pressure. Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Likes dogs
• Strong attention to detail, and eye for quality control
• Problem solving ability
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception and ability to identify colors
• Can quickly perform common math skills such as multiplying in dozens or calculating production rates
• Ability to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English

• Negotiable / Starting pay based on prior experience : $18-$20

HOURS OF OPERATION :

• 1st shift : MON-FRI (8:30AM - 5 PM)
• We are looking to add a second shift from 3 or 4PM to 8 or 10PM.

• HS Graduate or in University (Preferred)

• Manual Screen Printing: 1 year (required)
• Automatic Press : 1 year (preferred)
