Meet with buyers and sellers to learn what they’re looking for and show them homes that match. Run open houses that highlight the best parts of our listings. Manage deals from start to finish, making sure everything moves smoothly and quickly. Bring in new business by connecting with potential clients. Know your market—be ready to answer questions about listings, pricing, and neighborhoods.
What You Need:
Sales experience is helpful. Comfortable using tech and learning new systems. Strong people skills—communication, negotiation, and networking. Self-starter with big goals. Organized and able to manage your time well. Must have an active Real Estate License.
