Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in developing and implementing programs that support individuals with addiction problems as well as the Homeless . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of behavioral health, and a passion for fostering relationships within the community. This role requires effective program management, budgeting capabilities, and the ability to supervise staff while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee programs aimed at enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth.
• Engage in relationship management with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and funding agencies.
• Implement effective budgeting strategies to ensure financial sustainability of programs.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery across all areas of the organization.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and reports related to program activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program development and management within the behavioral health sector.
• Strong supervisory skills with a track record of successfully managing teams.
• Excellent relationship management abilities, demonstrating effective communication with diverse populations.
• Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial management.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
