This role requires effective program management, budgeting capabilities, and the ability to supervise staff while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee programs aimed at enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth.
- Engage in relationship management with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and funding agencies.
- Implement effective budgeting strategies to ensure financial sustainability of programs.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery across all areas of the organization.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and reports related to program activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program development and management within the behavioral health sector.
- Strong supervisory skills with a track record of successfully managing teams.
- Excellent relationship management abilities, demonstrating effective communication with diverse populations.
- Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial management.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
