Summary
The Deployment Manager- Graphics manages and provides oversight of Deployment Specialists to ensure high level service, performance excellence and delivery of graphics to events, works with production, layout, growth and delivery to ensure events needs are met and exceeded.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supports planning, assignment and work schedules to ensure delivery of event needs
Works directly with the deployment director, graphic production leadership, branch leadership, growth and delivery to ensure delivery of event needs
Expected to attend Pre-cons, recaps, and other meetings to ensure the success of their events
Good understanding of and able to navigate cp3 and passport
Assists with graphic production to maintain appropriate service levels
Understands basic print capabilities of other Freeman graphic production facilities
Promotes a high standard of quality service for which Freeman is known
Maintains personal workspace, documents and works-in-progress in a clean, organized fashion
Adheres to and assures compliance of Company policies and procedures
Outsourcing graphic production needs of their events to appropriate Freeman facilities or outsource partners if needed
Travel to show site when scheduled for supporting graphic needs, ability to work from the field to support team and event needs
Drives QC with other Freeman facilities and outsource partners to ensure deliverables meet GPO details
Performs other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent, with project management experience in a tradeshow or a convention graphics environment. Bachelors or Associates degree in related field preferred
5 or more years’ experience with trade shows, and/of graphics production
Must be highly organized, detailed oriented, and quality conscious, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Good written and verbal communication skills required
Proficiency Computer Skills and Freeman based programs(Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, CP3, Passport)

Travel up to 25%
Salary : $55,000 - $83,000
