Pizzeria Manager – Cinelli’s Pizzeria & Restaurant

Cinelli’s Pizzeria is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to help lead our team and uphold the high standards our customers have come to expect. As we celebrate our 40th year serving the community, we’re looking for someone who is not only a strong leader, but also a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This is a hands-on management role—you’ll be working side by side with staff, engaging with customers, and helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and lead team members during busy shifts
Provide excellent customer service and support front-of-house operations
Take and process orders, manage delivery logistics, and expedite orders
Prepare food items such as salads and assist in kitchen operations as needed
Support staff training, hiring, and scheduling
Uphold health and safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Represent Cinelli’s in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a pizzeria or fast-paced restaurant setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with team members
Quick learner with the ability to operate a POS system (Foodtec experience a plus)
Physically capable of standing for the duration of shift and lifting up to 40 lbs

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
