Account Coordinator – Cineplex Media

Work location: Home Office 1303 Yonge St City: Toronto What you will do: Our Cineplex Media division currently has an opening for the position of Account Coordinator, Cineplex Media supporting Western Canada, reporting directly to the Manager, Sales Support, Cineplex Media.  You will be accountable and responsible for collaborating with the Account Manager(s) to drive growth and retention of clients through successful management of selected key client accounts. Note: This position requires availability from 10am – 6pm (EST). Responsibilities: Create effortless experiences for our clients by collaborating with the wider account team to deliver multi-channel media contracts and proposals that support client campaign objectives.   Support Account Managers by compiling and balancing weekly sales reporting activity, scheduling meetings and creative reviews, generating post campaign reports and synchronizing communications between account teams, vendors and clients. Work collaboratively with Media production team and theatres to ensure concepts are executable in-theatre and/or on represented networks Project manages multi-network activations for assigned Account Manager(s) and Senior Production Manager Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives Qualifications Post Secondary Education in Related Field or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experiences in a coordination or administrative capacity. Superior PC skills (proficiency in MS-CRM, Office 365, Pivot tables, and a strong focus on MS-Excel is required). Strong guest service focus in dealing with both external clients and colleagues, displaying an image of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and tact . Solid organizational and project management skills – able to establish priorities, strong detailed execution, and ability to manage competing priorities without losing momentum. Proactively engage in identifying business issues/challenges and bring forward solutions. Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively take ownership for assigned projects and work collaboratively with various stakeholders Advertising Agency or Marketing experience an asset.
