JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties of this Director include, without limitation:
- Actively participate as a strategic leader and member of the Human Resources senior leadership team with input, oversight, and accountability for the HRBPs and other employee relations functions.
- Provide routine coaching and development to drive the performance and productivity of the HRBPs.
- Oversees all theater employee investigations, to ensure they are conducted in a timely, accurate, and complete manner, and that the corresponding outcomes are appropriately aligned with the investigation conclusion, Company policies and procedures, and established precedence.
- Lead and/or assist in the development, planning, and execution of organizational change and/or transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate and model effective oral and written communication, specifically focused on exemplifying leadership, relationship development, and de-escalation tactics.
- Positively influence and gain “buy-in” from field leadership regarding key Company, operational, legal, and/or Human Resources initiatives.
- Identify and develop new approaches, strategies and processes to address short-term and long-term business needs.
