JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer
LOCATION: Tucson, AZ
ON SITE/HYBRID/REMOTE: Onsite
SALARY: $30-35/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:
Work with Safety, Test Engineering, and Shop Operations to develop procedures to ensure safe and efficient machine testing and maintenance at the machine Testing Laboratory.
Conduct Risk Assessments
Develop Safe Job Procedures and facilitate the process from origination through review to publication
Maintain process document links and data in dashboards
Document Client Requirements
Research New technologies.
Document and Deploy solutions that help our clients develop world class products.
Review Process Breakdown to understand Root Cause
Develop Corrective Actions the resolve longstanding issues
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support electrification product and technology initiatives through completion of risk assessments and development of safe job procedures to ensure team member success in operational execution of testing and validation activities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Engineering or Technical background
• 2 year minimum experience
• BA Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Technical Equivalent (nice to have)
• HS Diploma or equivalent
