We are seeking a IT Tech Support Specialist

- Schedule: Mon. Fri 9 am to 5 pm, 12pm - 8pm (shift)
- Salary : $25- 28/ per hour
Responsibilities:a) IT Technical Support / User Support- Device Management using MS Intune (Windows 11, iPhone, iPad)- VDI setup and troubleshooting (VMware Horizon)- User account management over Active Directory2) Cloud and services support- MS 365 (Email)- box (Cloud strorage)3) Documentation for technical support- User manuals (revise/update)
Required experience/knowledge5 years of experience in PC technical support.5 years of experience in user supportKnowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Intune, and VMWare HorizonKnowledge of Active Directory function: adding users, password reset, etc.Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking for troubleshooting: PING, TRACEROUTE,Experience:
