Responsibilities :
- Onsite technology support
- Provide day1 and day 2 support
- Deploy and configure applications
- Ensure sites are online and operational w / installed HW and SW
- Ensure printers, desktops / laptops, scanners, iPad, tablets (and other devices) are installed, configured, and operational
- Manage application support and installation issues
- Manage incidents
- H / W, S / W, Vendor support when required
- Document technical requirements and guides for each site
- OS Support and updates
- Triaging on-site technology break / fix
