Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Initiate and complete customer service and sales process through direct introduction to local homeowners
- Build a sound understanding of the communications industry and client developments to represent client abilities and offerings in the local community properly
- Collaborate with client executives and other Customer Service Representatives to build on customer service options given current client sales and service options
- Train on client protocol, products, promotions, sales, and specialized discounts to properly service potential customers
- Approach customers with friendly and respectful communication to prompt conversation and initiate the sales process
What We Look For in a Customer Service Representative:
- Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, business, or management is highly recommended
- Appetite for problem-solving and assisting others
- Friendly and professional communication skills with both customers and within the office with fellow Customer Service Representatives
- Desire to advance past an entry-level position and take initiative in office tasks
- Ability to adjust to and accommodate new marketing/sales trends and collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives to meet business development and client goals
Credentials:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, or communications
