What are the responsibilities and job description for the Body Shop Painter position at Ciocca Automotive Western Division?

Qualifications:
- Education and/or experience in paint repair
- A high school diploma or the equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality paint application within timeframe and material allowances as well as according to guidelines by efficiently using appropriate/allocated tools.
- Responsible for cleaning, sanding, and applying chemical solutions to prepare and condition surfaces prior to painting.
- Mask and cover surfaces not to be painted, removing accessories such as chrome, mirrors and windshield wipers.
- Mix and thin paint or other coating to specified color and consistency according to standard formulas or color charts.
- Spray specified amount or thickness of primer, protective, decorative, or finish coatings, such as paint, lacquer, sealer, or enamel, onto prepared surfaces.
