We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and customer service oriented individual who has an attention to detail and can handle multi-tasking in a busy environment to join our automotive dealership team as a Service Advisor in our Body Shop location. The position involves computer expertise in scheduling appointments, creating and billing out shop repair orders, greeting and assisting customers in the service drive, moving and parking vehicles, handling customer telephone inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, and various other duties to maintain the efficient operation of the service drive area.
