- Oversee website content and quality assurance issues this includes all graphic design needs.
- Assist in website development initiatives and troubleshoot issues
- Assist in reputation management within the group
- Co-Op Submission/Management
- Google Business Profile Management
- Participate in website performance calls as needed
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo digital content
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
- Collaborate with individual stores on content needs
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- High level of proficiency in graphic design- Familiarity with Adobe Products and Canva
- Travel required to meet with store staff/assist in gathering dealership media content
- Excellent verbal and communication skills necessary
- Organizational skills required to balance work load
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools
