Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the pricing, merchandising, and inventory management of our used car department.
- Monitor used car sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive traffic to the dealership and increase sales.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other departments such as finance and service to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- At least 2 years Automotive Management experience required
- Experience in maintaining the profitability of the sales department while controlling expenses and sustaining customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors
- MUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures
