What we need...
The provider relationship manager is responsible for managing large provider and medical group locations to ensure projects are completed in a timely manager. A key aspect of the role includes working with key contacts and provider / client and hospital locations to ensure the service delivery commitments CIOX Health has made to our clients are fulfilled. This role requires strong analytical skills, complex problem-solving skills; and, excellent verbal communication.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously engaging both internal and external stakeholders to accomplish goals
- Ability to work on multiple long-term projects concurrently including balancing resources and priorities to different projects along their life cycle
- Provide full oversight to risk adjustment and quality related projects that provide significant impact to our health insurance clients. This primarily consists of risk adjustment analytics, healthcare medical records retrieval and chart review projects
- Coordination and communication with C-Suite individuals to ensure meeting of expectations and Standard Language Agreements (SLA)
- Partner with key stakeholders, within the organization, including Health Information Handler (HIH) / Release of Information (ROI) managers as well as internal customers including account managers
- Understand and can analyze project data to identify trends related to project goals and act accordingly within the organization
- Work within client project managements to create frameworks to ensure projects are completed on time
- Track and report and prioritize scheduled retrieval locations
- Must utilize in-depth knowledge to understand complex provider groups and how it applies to client requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of CIOX processes to include intake methods / processes; the workflow between Outreach and Onsite / Remote teams; Onsite / Remote workflows; Offsite scheduling
- Responsible for managing the companies top Provider locations of 2,000 or more medical record charts
- Make independent decisions regarding ad hoc documentation to Provider Group that contains Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Demonstrate the ability to develop creative financial solutions and negotiate with Provider Groups that are requesting payment
Qualifications
Education & Experience
To ensure the safety of patients and staff, many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and proof and / or completion of various vaccinations such as the flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc. Any requests to be exempted from these requirements will be reviewed by Ciox Human Resources and determined on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the state in which you will be working, exemptions may be available on the basis of disability, medical contraindications to the vaccine or any of its components, pregnancy or pregnancy-related medical conditions, and / or religion.
For remote work, this position requires that you provide a high-speed internet connection, subject to applicable expense reimbursement requirements (if any), and a work environment free from distractions.
With very limited exceptions (medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs that prohibit you from getting the vaccine), one of the requirements for this job is that you be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
