The BD & Portfolio Analyst will support BD, Portfolio and Strategy projects and endeavors by developing and applying robust analytic frameworks and methodologies. The role will also aid in execution of diverse BD and Portfolio related projects. The role reports toDirector - Business Development, Portfolio and Strategy
Accountability Cluster
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources (primary, secondary, CI, etc.) to aid opportunity evaluation
- Create of visualization for deliverables
- Create and maintain dashboards, data-frameworks, and records
- Lead daily and weekly operational aspects of BD and Portfolio projects
- Create reports and deliverables to aid strategic and tactical business decision-making
- Leverage expertise in data analytics, therapeutic area, and knowledge of field and market to contribute to insight generation.

Educational & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Science degree preferred.
Minimum of 0 - 3 years in Pharma data/business analytics
Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced visualization using Tableau and Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills encompassing macros, Power Query, conditional formatting, advanced charting, flash fill, sparklines, data validation and index match.
- Exceptional at capturing key business questions, mining relevant insights against them, synthesizing key findings, and recommending action steps with internal business partners
- High learning agility with both willingness & passion to grow knowledge base, development, and contributions over time and to tackle initial learning curve for any novel aspects of this role.
- Work through complex data, ensuring approach, ingestion and "crunching" of data results is simplistic and actionable.
- Strong organizational skills with track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects concurrently, maintaining a high level of productivity, innovation, and priority-setting.
- Skillful at cultivating collaboration and building strong working relationships by incorporating diverse internal and external perspectives to strengthen decision-making.
- Highly data-driven, consultative, passionate about data storytelling, a great communicator who can use data and analytics technology to solve business problems and influence executive stakeholders.
