Our client, a leading insurance company is hiring a Sr. Business Analyst on a contracting basis. MUST have INSURANCE experience, specifically an understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations, with practical experience in property and casualty insurance. Must be familiar with agile project management.
Work Location : Whitehouse Station NJ
Pay : $65-66 / hour W2
Responsibilities :
- Will aid the delivery of best-in-class data analytics solutions
- Must be Analytics-driven and can identify problems and interconnections as they arise
- Will be responsible for working closely with business and technology teams
- Lead projects through the entire project lifecycle
- Communicate with NA Data and Analytics stakeholders to understand business needs
- Analyze and document complex business systems and processes
- Develop business cases and project proposals, outlining business benefits, costs, and risks
- Has a technical mindset and background who embraces and thrives to learn
- Assess and define business impact of proposed solution changes, and lead impact analysis
- Participate in user acceptance testing, develop test scenarios, cases, and script
- Develop training documentation, user manuals, and end-user documentation for applications
- 7 years of experience in business analysis (within data analytics space )
- Stays in touch with technical advancements in the data and analytics field
Salary : $65 - $66
