Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $90K - $120K Bonus
HR Business Partner - Manufacturing Support
- Provide HR services to 250 manufacturing line workers, supervisors and management
- Implement HR policies, handle employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, staffing, and talent management
- Coach and counsel employees and management on policy and labor law issues
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee/management inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate employee transfers, conduct exit interviews, and recommend corrective actions
- Assist in formal discipline, including Performance improvement plans and terminations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws

Employee Training and Organizational Development
- Coach and train employees and managers to improve performance and effectiveness
- Assess business issues and design strategic plans to enhance company performance
- Advise on organizational structuring, team design, and interventions to boost productivity
- Stay updated on training and organizational development best practices
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for the InvaGen site
- Assist with talent management processes, individual development plans, and talent intervention
Staffing and Talent Management
- Conduct interviews and provide input on selection decisions for available career opportunities and positions, including salary recommendations and placement
- Assess staffing requirements and devise a plan with the TA team and management to fill open roles
Compensation, HRIS, and Benefits Administration
- Partner with client groups to recommend salary offers, promotions, and assist with the annual compensation process
- Compile HR data and metrics, draft reports, and documentation for management and HR staff
- Recommend policy improvements based on data analysis and legal knowledge
- Maintain the HRIS system, process personnel transactions, and manage HRIS data
- Guide employees and managers on benefits, accommodations, and leave processes
- Liaise with LOA Administrators and managers on employee leave and accommodation cases
- Preserve confidentiality of employee medical documentation
- Identify trends to improve attendance and address LOA issues
HR Leadership, Special Projects, and Business Initiatives
- Serve as a backup to the Head of HR, including oversight of the HR, Security & Site Services Team when necessary
- Lead assigned special projects, including HR initiatives, programs, and systems implementations; business and operational improvements and enhancements; and/or external projects with outside agencies, community, and business partners
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study from an accredited institution. A Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study preferred
- Active SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of current HR experience within a manufacturing plant/facility is required
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment and labor laws and regulations
- Proficient user of SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Concur Expense Reporting, and/or other related business systems
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams Meeting
Skills & Competencies
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaker is preferred

- Able to communicate both technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to employees on the shop floor. This includes safety training, briefings, and conducting meetings.
- Exercises appropriate professional judgment on matters of significance and uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problem-solving
