The Woodbridge, NJ office is currently seeking an Associate. Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM / UIM, premises liability, construction accident and product liability preferred. Trial experience preferred.
The successful candidate will be barred in NJ. The candidate should be self-motivated, a self-starter, an independent thinker with exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational and writing / communication skills, and with the ability to work as part of a team in a high-volume, fast paced work environment. At least 3 years of litigation experience is required. Book of existing work a plus but not required.
The applicant must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in New Jersey.
Quarterly bonus and year end bonus may be discussed in addition to based salary listed on posting.
