- $80,000 - $100,000 (Entry-Level Attorney)
- $100,000 - $150,000 (Mid-Level Attorney)
- $150,000 - $200,000 (Senior Attorney/Partner)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the firm.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the NJ state bar and in good standing.
- 1-8 years of experience in general liability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
