What will you be doing?

This role will play a pivotal role in executing our global early career recruitment and employment branding strategy. This position will be responsible for creating a globally consistent brand to attract qualified talent for our early career programs while supporting our North America university partnerships and early career programs.

Job Responsibilities

University Recruiting and Event Management

• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions under the leadership of the EC Leader
• Collaborate with career services and student organizations to increase Circana’s presence and visibility on campus
• Manage and attend campus events including career fairs. This includes managing event logistics and volunteer participation.
• Support full cycle university recruitment processes for the US, Canada and Mexico.
  • Utilize ATS and CRM to build talent communities for upcoming early career programs.

Early Career Program Management

• Support early career programs such as Summer Associate Program and Circana Scholars to provide a high-quality experience to early career participants and managers.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders in HR and the business to plan and execute program events.

Global employer brand

• Leverage Circana’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to partner with corporate communications and the talent team.
  • Execute on the recruitment marketing strategy.
  • Continuously monitor and assess industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Circana remains competitive in the talent market
  • Create and manage branding materials for use at in-person and virtual recruitment events to share with global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner with corporate marketing to promote recruitment events and early career programs on social media, company website, and other digital platforms.

Requirements

• 2-5 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Management with an emphasis in early career talent
• Experience managing university partnerships and on-campus events
• Experience with employment branding strategy and creating marketing content; ideally on a global scale

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently while meeting deadlines
• Ability to visit Chicago office as needed and travel up to 25% within the United States to attend career fairs, university activities, and program events.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000. 

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
