Job Responsibilities
- Drive projects that have material impact on the global Circana organization and its vision to transform the way Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Food, Drug and Mass Merchant (FDM) retailers do business.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects leveraging multiple business units / functions with both on-shore and off-shore resources / teams
- Technology is central to this transformation and as the transformation accelerates so does the need to grow Circana's Project Management skillset. Continued support of the infrastructure platform is central to our continued growth.
- Work on complex and multi-faceted projects.
- Place projects within a manageable scope; identify key business issues and questions to be addressed; assure all open items are addressed and demonstrate a high degree of social and political IQ when synthesizing a single strategy from multiple viewpoints.
- While activities will vary and evolve, the Project Manager can expect to spend 80% of their time coordinating and leading projects. The remaining 20% will be allocated to developing and executing impactful project communication within the Process & Engagement team and with all stakeholders up to the level of CEO.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary for this role is $140,000 to $150,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
