What will you be doing?
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead global HR initiatives for our Global Functions businesses including Finance, Strategy and Growth (FSG), Marketing, Legal, and HR. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and provide expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, and culture transformation. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the global corporate functions, a passion for driving business results, and a commitment to fostering a people-first culture.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with Executive leaders and their leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to drive operational excellence.
- Serve as a member of the senior leadership team to contribute to business decisions and strategy formulation.
Talent Management and Development:
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent for the Global Functions businesses.
- Develop and implement programs for leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Identify and address skill gaps to build a high-performing, agile workforce.
Employee Relations and Culture:
- Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness in partnership, and where needed, with local Country HR Directors.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Global Functions businesses.
Performance and Rewards:
- Partner with Total Rewards to ensure competitive, equitable, and motivational rewards programs.
- Drive the implementation of performance management processes that support business objectives and employee growth.
Operational HR Excellence:
- Lead HR projects, including process improvements and system implementations, ensuring efficient and scalable HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor HR metrics and deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Inspire, Coach & Lead
- Lead and inspire the Global Functions HR team, providing them with guidance and coaching to deliver HR operational excellence to our customers and a fantastic employee experience.
Requirements
- Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role.
- Proven experience supporting global corporate business groups is highly desirable.
- Global HR experience and mindset.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in the retail industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

This position can be located in the following area(s): USA/Canada - ideally ET or CT time zones.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000 if the new hire sits in the U.S. The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 CAD, if the new hire sits in Canada.
This job is also eligible for bonus at 20%.
