The Supervisor of Health and Safety is responsible for efforts to advance the OHS-01, Cirect USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program. The supervisor works across multiple business units and functional groups.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Pay Range in the United States: $73K - $108K based upon geography, skills, and experience. May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity based on company and individual goals and performance

The Supervisor of Health and Safety is responsible for efforts to advance the OHS-01, Cirect USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program. The supervisor works across multiple business units and functional groups.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Ensure the Circet USA Safety Academy meets the needs of the internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead individuals and teams that may or may not have a direct reporting relationship.
- Continuously improve employee safety orientation, training, and processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant state, federal, and local regulations
- Analyze and improve the OHS-01, Cirect USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program and associated safety metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and near misses
- Prepare and present reports on local market compliance with OHS-01, Cirect USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program
- Conduct field visits and risk assessments to develop strategies that reduce injuries.
- Perform other duties as requested by Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical or college degree preferred
- Working knowledge of telecommunications and associated safety standards.
- Comfortable with public speaking and instructing
- Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft programs and applications
- Certified Safety Manager (CSM) preferred or other accredited safety professional certification
- OSHA Outreach preferred
