As a Billing Specialist at Circle Creek Therapy, you’ll help us manage our billing processes, troubleshoot any hiccups, and work with a team that truly cares about our work. Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Billing Specialist who can tackle the full billing cycle with precision, from submitting claims to working with insurance companies to ensuring everything is running seamlessly in Raintree EMR. If you’ve got experience setting up backend system settings and writing processes, that’s a huge plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle billing process, from submitting claims to working with insurance companies to ensure timely payments.
- Keep billing codes and claims submissions on point with your expert knowledge of CPT and ICD codes.
- Use Raintree EMR to track, manage, and troubleshoot all things billing.
- Set up backend system settings in Raintree to make sure our workflows are as efficient as possible.
- Develop and document streamlined billing processes to keep things running like clockwork.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials quickly and efficiently.
- Keep patient records up to date, accurate, and easy to access.
- Collaborate with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly from a billing perspective.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Billing Specialist with a solid understanding of billing practices and procedures.
- Proficiency with Raintree EMR—bonus if you’ve got experience setting up the backend system!
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD codes and insurance claim submissions.
- Ability to write and implement efficient billing processes and procedures.
- Super strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
