Circle, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a qualified and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with knowledge in a manufacturing industry. This position is an in-person, full-time, first-shift role. Due to the responsibilities of this position, remote work is not currently available.
Position Summary: Roles and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
· Understanding all of Circle, Inc.’s products and their applications, as well as the manufacturing and converting processes and capabilities
· Providing service, support, and customer satisfaction to the customers of Circle, Inc., both over the phone and by email
· Completing the full sales cycle (fielding customer quotes and inquiries, establishing customer orders and acknowledgements, determining inventory status, delivery requirements, freight estimates, order status tracking, and resolving customer issues upon order completion)
· Analyzing problems and implementing solutions
· Creating, organizing, updating, and maintaining pertinent customer and order information in hard files, as well as on the computer and software systems
· Providing support to Sales Representatives as needed to aid in accuracy and timeliness in delivery of information to customers
· Attend a daily meeting with other CSRs, production management and shipping/receiving management, communicating pertinent information related to customers orders, scheduling timelines, issues etc.
· Updating other CSRs and Sales Representatives on orders, issues, inventory etc. and in turn understanding and retaining updates given by those individuals as they relate to your position
· Cross-train in other areas of the office, allowing company flexibility and backfilling to occur
Qualifications
Qualified candidates for this position must be 18 or older, legally able to be employed in the United States, and:
· Possess an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
· Have 5 continuous years’ experience in customer relations
· Possess the ability to multitask effectively, and have both outstanding communication and organization skills
· Present themselves both tactfully and professionally in a business setting
