What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Coordinator- Temp. position at Circle K Stores, Inc.?
Along with the NA Fleet Manager, this position assists with the coordination, financing, administration, maintenance, repair, acquisition and replacement of North American fleet to provide cost effective, safe and reliable vehicles to all employees who are issued a company vehicle.
NA Fleet Analyst reports to the NA Fleet Manager, and will help maintain the fleet of Circle K by preforming the following duties :
- Handle driver changes as required by the BU's.
- Assist with new driver onboarding by checking MVR records.
- Answer questions from drivers when needed.
- Assist with gathering driver insurance information yearly.
- Assist with order replacement for BU's yearly or when needed with a new position.
- Replace driver materials as needed.
- Work with our leasing partner to ensure accurate driver and vehicle information.
- Work with outside vendors for deliveries and new car orders when needed.
- Assist BU with any cost savings opportunities when possible.
- Adding and deleting drivers to both Lease Plan and WEX as needed by BU.
- Act as a bridge between Lease Plan and our driver as needed to ensure the accuracy of our database.
- Assist BU with repair options when units are involved in mechanical breakdowns or collision incidents.
- Assist with any insurance claims as needed.
- Assist with Region VP vehicle replacements.
- Primary back up for Fleet Manager as needed.
- Research monthly plate expiration report to insure we are not renewing a unit that we no longer have or that will be replaced prior to renewal date.
- Research monthly fuel card reports to verify if drivers / vehicles are still active in the system.
