We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Holiday Companies. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail site, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive public image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
- Implement non-discriminatory related management skills while hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separating employees.
- Analyze daily sales and expense information and take appropriate action to maximize sales and net profits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
