The Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Branch Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for building and leading a new branch location. You will work closely with our operations teams to develop business plans, identify new sales opportunities, and build lasting relationships with key customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in freight brokerage, including moving loads, or a solid track record in business development and revenue growth.
- Strong sales and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
