Position Requirements: We seek an ambitious individual to build and lead a new branch location, focusing on business development, client acquisition, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute plans to improve services, meeting customer and carrier needs.

• Build lasting relationships with customers and partners.

• Gradually take on operations teams to support clients as the business expands.

• Develop and manage budgets for cost-effective operations.

• Maintain and grow carrier relationships, negotiating rates and terms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

• 3-5 years of experience in freight brokerage, including moving loads or business development.

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients and teams.

• Leadership experience in scaling and managing a workforce.
